Why I operate a home-based practice

I practice in my home in a very relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Because I do not have office space that I rent, I have been able to pass savings on to my clients through a lower billing rate than I had when I practiced in Madison in a multi-attorney law firm environment.

I pride myself in providing quality efficient legal services and strive to do so at a reasonable price. I am willing to empower my clients to perform some services themselves in order to reduce total legal fees if possible .

I pride myself in being easy to work with

I strive to have my clients understand any documents I have prepared for them and to understand the process involved in their legal matter. I am open to questions at all times and encourage my clients to call me at their convenience for further assistance. I do not screen calls and respond to my client’s telephone calls personally if I am available in the office.

I’m available when you are

I also make myself available by my cellular telephone to increase my availability. I also utilize email to correspond with clients for quicker response time than traditional US mail allows.

Each client is as important to me as all my other clients. I do not play favorites. I give the same attentive service to all of my client matters. It is my honor to able to assist my clients and to be a part of their lives.
